With coveted support slots for some of Australia's biggest artists (Vera Blue, Thirsty Merc, Kim Churchill, The Rubens, Tia Gostelow, Ruby Fields, Riley Pearce, Katie Noonan), spots at festivals like "Groovin' The Moo" and an Unearthed Comp win already under her belt - the North-Queensland raised singer/songwriter is growing audiences all across Queensland. Known for her storytelling, relatability and intriguing use of melody and genre, Matilda Duncan's music is a soft-folk, Indie-pop, alt-rock combination balanced with bare-all lyrics and soaring bridges.

With the release of debut single "Empty" in 2019, barely out of High School, Matilda's first support opportunity came with an offer to support The Rubens and duet with the band on their single "Never Ever". Following was the opening of Groovin the Moo and the release of single "Paper Blades", "Out of Touch" and in 2022 - "PSYCHO".

Matilda's songwriting ability was noted by QMusic at an early age when she was offered a mentorship through the On Song program in 2019 and has been praised by her audience and collaborators
